Abbiamo messo sotto i riflettori gli utenti professionali dell'industria della Costruzione: la forza, il know-how e l’ambizione degli atleti separeranno i vincitori dai vinti.

La Cutting Pro Competition TYROLIT è suddivisa in 3 discipline: taglio pareti , carotaggio e taglio manuale. L’adozione di un regolamento standard e di materiale standardizzato garantisce competizioni giuste e risultati comparabili a livello internazionale.

Nordic qualifications

The qualifications for the three Nordic countries Sweden, Denmark Norway has been held in five different locations during the spring.

Sweden
First out was Gothenburg with a lovely spring weather, a nice set up and eager competitors. One of the most serious one was Jocke Lenander from NSH Nordisk Specialhåltagning AB, he was extremely focused and wanted revenge from last year when he missed a place on the European final. This year he goes for gold in the European final, and the first step is taken, since he won the Gothenburg qualification and is now qualified for the Nordic final.

Second out was Stockholm, where the competition was held at Bo Lamm Maskinfirma in the city center. The sunny day tempted several competitors and spectators. The fact that Günters famous grilled German sausages was on the lunch menu  was of course also an extra benefit many looked forward too. Last years  back-up, Chris Lindström at C.Lindström Bygg & Håltagning, came to make sure he would have a place in this years final to make up for 2009 years´s second place, and to his happiness and proudness he manage to win the Stockholm qualifications.

Denmark
The qualifications in Denmark was held both on Sjælland and Jylland. Tyrolit took the opportunity to introduce the newly opened service center with the new service partner Elmodan, and held the competition at their premises. As with all these events the nerves were tense but smiles big, and Johan Axelson from JA Diamant proved to be the one managing the tools, machines and not the least the excitement the best and won the qualification on Sjælland. In Jylland the company MT Højgård made a grand slam and took all three top rankings with their highly skilled concrete cutters Claus Hougaard (1st), Steen Jensen (2nd) and Carsten Kristensen (3rd).

Norway
Last but not least Oslo held the Norweigan qualification at the newly opened Tyrolit office and service center. The event was frequently visited from both customers, friends and press and the barbecue was busy all day in Oslo´s first really hot summer day this year. Volker Sass from Rune Monsen AS flew in all the way from Bergen, and the trip was well worth it. Volker won the qualification and now look forward to the Nordic finals at Demcon in September in Stockholm.

The winners from 2009 are all directly qualified for the Nordic final.

Cutting Pro Competition 2010 celebrates half-time

After two very sucessful competitions in Italy on February, 5th in Milan and in UK on May 27th in Daventry, the third TYROLIT Cutting Pro Competition took place in Barcelona, Spain end of June. Good weather set the stage for a thrilling event. Athletes from all parts of the country demonstrated their high level of proficiency in cutting and drilling conrete. Although no new record was set, the average times in the three disciplines were among the very best so far on the tour. In the end,  the results were as close as on all competitions so far this year and the Spanish Champion David Garcia Rodriguez (TPF) was only 2 points ahead of Lahcen El Caboury (Hormigocorte) who finished in 2nd place.

Summer break

In July and August, the competition tour will take a holiday break. But in September, the tour will start again and will be carried out in Sweden and France. At the same time, preparations are under way for the European Championships in January 2011 in Austria. As usual, our internet site will keep you up-dated.

DISZIPLINEN

Taglio a muro
Lo scopo di questo esercizio è di tagliare parte di un blocco di cemento armato il più velocemente possibile. Il taglio deve essere eseguito in almeno due passaggi. La performance ideale dipenderà dalla profondità di taglio ideale della prima e della seconda fase; tuttavia anche il modo in cui l’atleta utilizza e tratta il macchinario, l’utensile e il cemento, rappresenterà un aspetto decisivo.

Carotaggio
Questo esercizio prevede che l’atleta esegua un foro in un blocco di cemento armato. Al segnale, la carotatrice deve essere montata e prima di poter iniziare la perforazione si dovranno montare il motore e l’utensile sul supporto di carotaggio. Il montaggio del sistema di carotaggio richiede abilità ed esperienza. L’applicazione di una pressione adeguata sull’utensile,   garantirà una perforazione veloce.

Taglio manuale
Questa operazione prevede che si ricavi un disco da un tubo di cemento. Per questo compito è essenziale che l’atleta possegga la velocità e il know-how necessari per utilizzare una troncatrice manuale.
